You are on v1.87
v1.87
Fri, Oct 16
This build
- Resident portal on a phone or tablet: the sections are a bar at the bottom of the screen, with an icon over each name.
- Admin on a phone: a long resident email wraps instead of being cut off.
- Resident roster: the search box shows the keyboard focus ring.
v1.86
Wed, Oct 14
- Resident roster on a phone: while you type a search, the results show above the keyboard; the Search key closes the keyboard.
- Guide: Show me on a menu item rings it on a phone.
v1.85
Wed, Oct 14
- Out / Back: an entry staff make at the time is no longer marked Entered late; only one made after the fact is.
- Consents: a revoked consent says who revoked it.
v1.84
Wed, Oct 14
- Past weeks: each week is a card you can read without scrolling sideways, with one Save all changes button.
- Trend, weekly prints and the summary say Not logged yet for a week with nothing saved, instead of 0%.
- Discharge refuses a date before the admission date. Re-admit offers to choose a bed.
- Meetings show the staff member’s name on each decision. The profile has its own Edit form.
- Out / Back History shows Past curfew, and the curfew report says when a house had no curfew.
- Drivers: a run tap on the wrong day, an end before its start, or a fill-up below the van’s mileage is refused.
- My runs shows As of and Read again. Settings sliders save when you let go.
- Dialogs return focus to the row’s menu, Enter saves form dialogs, and destructive buttons are red.
v1.83
Wed, Oct 14
- House tablet: opening its setup page in a staff browser now warns before it signs staff out.
- House tablet: choosing Other asks where the resident is going.
- Resident portal: Next due moves to next week once today’s rent is posted.
- Resident portal: Log out is at the top, beside your name.
- The record of who saw a file now prints who each release went to and why, or says it was not recorded.
v1.82
Wed, Oct 14
- Medications, Rent, Transportation, the resident record, Compliance, Houses, Supplies, Admin and Today: about 140 smaller fixes from the walk-through.
- A discharged resident’s medications are history: no Add medication.
- A receipt only counts as printed once it is printed; a second copy says REPRINT.
- Today’s doses that are not due yet no longer count as missed.
v1.81
Wed, Oct 14
- Plainer wording across the app, the portal and printouts.
- The in-app guide points at the right control on every screen, follows it as it moves, and says when it is not on screen.
v1.80
Wed, Oct 14
- Messages are announced and sit above the bottom bar on a phone.
- Dark theme: date pickers, lists and scroll bars are dark too.
- Zero counts are no longer shown in red or green.
- Shared tablets no longer offer earlier entries for names and notes.
- Every field has a label.
- Tabs work the same everywhere: one Tab stop, arrow keys to move.
- Buttons and links are easier to tap on a phone or tablet.
v1.79
Wed, Oct 14
- On a phone, the bottom bar steps aside while you fill in a form, and can no longer clear a medication you are typing.
- Screens keep your place and focus when they refresh.
- Back returns to the tab, day or filter you left.
- Removing or archiving something asks first, in red, and names it.
- Lists are in name order everywhere.
- Menus open where they fit on screen.
v1.78
Wed, Oct 14
- Numbers, names and dates are checked: no future admissions, no end before start, no letters saved as 0, and limits are shown on the box.
- A night cannot be excused twice, and an excuse cannot be withdrawn twice.
- Weeks before admission, after discharge or still to come read Not scored instead of 0%.
- A new resident with nothing logged reads Not logged yet.
- Supplies below zero are listed to count.
- Error messages are in plain words instead of codes.
v1.77
Tue, Oct 13
- When a form cannot be saved, the message is in view, the field to fix is selected, and the message goes once fixed.
- Forms show the app’s own messages, not the browser’s.
- Medication doses must be whole numbers; 2.5 is no longer saved as 2.
- Confirm count says when the number you typed does not match.
- Windows keep your place when they change: ticking a dose or a switch no longer jumps to the top.
- On a phone or tablet, windows open without raising the keyboard.
- Escape closes the window even after you click on its text.
- Resident portal and house tablet forms point to the field that needs fixing.
v1.76
Tue, Oct 13
- Every window has the same layout: the title stays at the top, the buttons stay at the bottom, and there is an × to close.
- Feedback, invites, consents, meetings, supplies and rent windows keep their buttons in view while you scroll.
- On a phone or tablet, the keyboard no longer hides the buttons or the field you are typing in.
- A long name or word wraps instead of pushing the window sideways.
- The log window keeps the score and tabs in view while you scroll.
- Past weeks: changing the start date no longer asks to discard changes, and a count changed with + or − is asked about before closing.
- Supplies opens at the top of the list.
v1.75
Tue, Oct 13
- Weekly logs: if someone on another device changed the same entry while you had it open, you are asked which to keep.
- Two people changing different entries of the same log both keep their changes.
- Requirements: Edit, Deactivate and Move no longer say somebody else saved first when nobody did.
- Requirements and Rename stay open until the save is kept. If it fails, what you typed is still there.
- Medication pass: a dose saved while offline says “Not sent yet” until it reaches the server.
- The app stops saying it is offline as soon as the server answers again.
- Houses and Rent: buttons that need a connection are turned off while offline, each saying why.
- Transportation: declining a request the resident withdrew says so and updates the list.
- Rides tapped while offline are marked “Logged offline”.
- Resident portal: an open screen picks up staff decisions within a minute.
- Admin: feedback you send shows in the Feedback list right away.
v1.74
Tue, Oct 13
- Print: “What is this print?” is a proper window. Back cancels it, and a double tap cannot reach the window behind.
- Print: a Rent receipt, statement or note given to someone starts with no answer chosen, so it is never printed as internal use by mistake.
- Print: pick a consent from the list to print under it. Consents that end on an event are listed with why they cannot be used.
- Dates read the same way on every screen and printout, and printouts always show the year.
- Receipts and signed notes no longer show a reporting period.
- The time zone reads “Eastern time (New York)”.
v1.73
Tue, Oct 13
- Closing a window with typing in it now asks first: Escape, a tap outside, the × and Back say “Discard changes?”.
- Back closes the open window, menu or sheet and keeps you on the screen, even in a tab opened straight onto it.
- Back from Customize rules or a half-filled medication form asks before leaving.
- Portal: switching tabs or pressing Back keeps a half-filled meeting form, its signature, and the House and Schedule forms.
- House tablet: Back returns to the name list.
v1.72
Tue, Oct 13
- Past weeks: Save changes only what you edited, and keeps job applications and each task’s own note.
- Past weeks: Rent, Rides and Curfew are filled in by the app and cannot be edited there.
- Past weeks shows weeks from admission to this week only.
- Send feedback, Record meeting, Capture consent and New link act once, even on a double tap. Feedback needs a note.
- Medications: Remove this count now removes it for every device.
- House tablet: a tap just after the screen changes is ignored, and residents with similar names show enough of the name to tell them apart.
- Phone: the help panel shows its list of answers again.
v1.71
Sat, Oct 10
- Compliance log: turning on Sponsor, Service or Employed, or filling in Home group, now marks that requirement met.
v1.70
Sat, Oct 10
- Medications: the count shows only what the resident takes now; discontinued and starting-later ones are named apart.
- Houses & beds: when every bed is taken, it says no bed is open.
- On a touch screen, row buttons such as Log this week… have larger text.
v1.69
Sat, Oct 10
- Every date is the facility’s day. In the evening, Rent no longer shows tomorrow or posts tomorrow’s charges.
- Discharges, bed moves, admissions and signed notes made in the evening keep that day.
- Phone: the roster search is easier to tap, and run and Rent buttons sit on their own line.
- Medications: the day window opens on the first dose, so a tablet’s keyboard stays down, and Tab reaches every dose and day box.
- Tablet: more buttons are big enough for a finger.
- When new changes arrive from another device, the keyboard stays on the button it was on.
- Weekly log: a yes or no requirement shows one box, filled in when it is ticked.
v1.68
Fri, Oct 9
- Compliance, Trend: a discharged resident with no discharge date counts only the weeks that were logged.
- Medications: closing a day puts the keyboard back on that day.
v1.67
Fri, Oct 9

- Compliance, Trend: a stay with a broken discharge date counts every week.

- Compliance, Trend: the chart now counts each week the grid scores, up to the week a resident left.

- On a phone, windows and most ⋯ menus open from the bottom of the screen.
- The page header and page spacing follow one style on every screen.
v1.61
Thu, Oct 8
- Opening the app shows Loading until your facility is ready, instead of an empty screen first.
v1.60
Wed, Oct 7

v1.52
Tue, Oct 6
- Back: a Back button in the header returns to the screen you were on.
- The browser’s Back button and a phone’s back gesture now do the same. With a window open, Back closes it first.

- Resident portal: a phone’s back gesture closes an open receipt, note or day, then steps back through the tabs.
v1.51
Tue, Oct 6

- Rent: each resident has their own card. An open ledger shows what they owe in large type.

- Rent: Record payment…, Credit or charge… and Print statement are in a row at the top. The other actions are under More.
- Rent: a payment a resident reported shows at the top of the ledger, with Confirm and Reject.

- A resident’s outing history now opens with the cursor on Close.
- Out / Back: excusing a night from the history now brings the history back.
- A resident’s own curfew can now be ended with End… on its row in the Out / Back card.

- More space between some headings, lists and buttons on Houses & beds and in vehicle Records.
v1.36
Mon, Oct 5
- Rides kept, Curfew kept and Rent current now count in the weekly compliance score.
- Before, some weeks showed “1 of undefined” and were left out of the score.
- In the weekly log, a yes-or-no requirement now reads “Yes or no each week”.
v1.35
Mon, Oct 5
- A dialog that loads its contents, such as a vehicle’s Records, now puts the cursor on its first control.

- A dialog’s buttons stay in view at the bottom while its contents scroll.

v1.32
Sun, Oct 4
- Log medication on one designated device (one browser tab) per facility. This rule from v1.31 still stands.
- If two devices log different doses of the same medication on the same day, both doses are kept.
- If two people log the same dose, the first is kept. The second person sees a notice.
- Each new dose records who logged it. The name shows in the pass window and the day dialog.
- On the printed MAR, the parts of a missed or as-needed dose are now spaced apart.
- If the app starts offline, changes made while it reconnects are kept. Saving works without a reload.
- In the pass window, a “Not saved” mark clears once a later save goes through.
v1.31
Sun, Oct 4
- Medications can now be logged a pass at a time. A pass is every dose due at the same time.
- Open pass shows every resident in that pass, with one row per dose.
- In the pass window, each dose has Given and Not given. Not given asks for a reason.
- Each tap saves at once. Undo clears a dose, and Done closes the window.
- If a dose could not be saved, its row says “Not saved”, with Try again.
- Open pass is on Today and on Medications, under “Today’s passes”.

v1.29
Sat, Oct 3
- Resident portal: now uses the same colours, shapes and status chips as the staff app, in light and dark.
- Resident portal: lists are one card of rows with a thin line between them.
- Resident portal: status words are chips, using the same words as the staff Out / Back screen.
- Resident portal, Meetings: each meeting shows chips for verified and credited. Tap a day to read them in full.
- Resident portal, Rent: “You owe” is amber, and paid up is green. Each reported payment has a status chip.

- House tablet: uses the staff colours in light and dark. Button labels in dark mode are easier to read.
v1.28
Fri, Oct 2
- Every status word is now a chip in one shared set of colours, in sentence case.
- Chips use green for good, amber for a warning, red for a problem and grey for a plain fact.
- A chip always shows its word, so it never relies on colour alone.
- Tabs on the roster, the weekly log, the Medications day dialog and Supplies now look like the other tabs.
- Row buttons are one size with rounded corners. Delete and similar actions still ask you to confirm.
- Lists are rows inside one card, not boxes inside a box.
- On a phone, each roster row is one shorter block, and long labels wrap instead of running off.
- Medications: the + button on a busy day no longer opens the next day by mistake.
- On a touch screen, small buttons and fields are now large enough to tap easily.
- Some warning text is darker, so it is easier to read in both themes.
- The in-app guide matches these changes.
v1.27
Thu, Oct 1
- A new Today screen opens first. It shows today’s medications, pending meetings, refills and supplies not issued.
- Today: each panel has a button to its full screen. Nothing is logged from Today.
- Today: a screen left open overnight moves to the new day by itself.
- Each resident now has a record page. The roster is a plain list, and the arrow opens the record.
- The record’s Profile tab holds the actions that used to be on the roster row.
- The record’s Week tab shows the last 12 weeks. Log this week… opens the weekly log.
- Next resident moves down the roster, so you can log a whole house one page after another.
- Delete resident is now at the bottom of the Profile tab. You type the resident’s name to confirm.
- The weekly log stays open if a save fails, so you can press Save again.

- The sidebar is grouped into Residents, Transportation, Facility and Admin. Rent moved to Facility.
- Form dialogs share one shape: the title, the fields, then Cancel and the main button.
- Transportation: the Today board has two columns, runs and requests. Lists are rows with actions on the right.
- Out / Back: the board shows a summary row and one card per house.
- Headings follow one size scale, and small labels are now easier to read.
- Every control shows the same blue ring when you reach it with the keyboard.
- Colour is no longer the only sign. Medication doses and compliance cells also use shapes or words.
- Pop-up messages no longer bounce in, and they can now be read in the light theme.
v1.24
Tue, Sep 29
- Rent: a rent account that has not started can now be cancelled from End stay, if nothing was posted.
- Nothing is charged, and the resident can be given a new account.
v1.23
Mon, Sep 28
- After a restore from a backup, every other open device reloads to show the restored records.
- A note says so, and says how many unsaved changes from before the restore were dropped.
- A driver switching accounts can no longer send the last driver’s taps under the new sign-in.
- Text half-typed into a form now survives the screen refresh after reconnecting.
v1.22
Sun, Sep 27
- When two people save at the same moment, every device now gets both changes.
- Before, a device could miss one change until it was reloaded.
v1.21
Sun, Sep 27
- Text you are typing is no longer wiped when a colleague’s change arrives. The cursor stays put.
- Lists and tick boxes go back to what was saved, so check them before saving.
v1.20
Sun, Sep 27
- If the app gets no answer to an admission, bed move or Houses & beds change, it says it may have gone through.
- Check the roster before trying again. Before, it said nothing happened, which could admit a resident twice.
- Rent import: if checking a file gets no answer, the message says it is safe to check again.
v1.19
Sun, Sep 27
- A consent that covers only a resident’s name is no longer offered for a report with more in it.
- Before, it printed a page with every section left out.
v1.18
Sun, Sep 27
- Transportation: each vehicle has Records…, with its odometer, service due, service rules, fill-ups, service and issues.
- A wrong fill-up or service is voided, not removed. An issue is closed with a reason.
- Service rules say how often work is due, in miles, months or both.
- A rule shows as due soon 30 days or 500 miles ahead, and overdue after that.
- Print a cost report… prints a month’s fuel, service, miles and costs for every vehicle not archived. It names no resident.
- My runs: drivers can record a fill-up or report a vehicle issue.
- The guide covers vehicle records, service rules, the cost report and fill-ups.
v1.17
Sat, Sep 26
- Transportation, in the Admin group: today’s runs, no-shows to check, vehicle warnings and ride requests.
- Transportation: the Runs tab plans any day from a week back to two weeks ahead.
- Transportation: the Vehicles, Drivers and Places tabs hold your vehicles, who may drive and where runs go.
- My runs: a driver checks out the vehicle, starts each run and ticks residents on and off.
- My runs works without signal. Taps are kept on the phone and sent when there is a connection.
- A new weekly requirement, Rides kept, is added for riders. A verified no-show on a counted run misses that week, unless voided.
- Resident portal: a new Rides tab shows rides for the next two weeks. Residents can ask for a ride.
- Resident portal, House: a tap that got no answer is no longer lost. Send again sends it.
- The guide and the portal’s Help tab cover Transportation, My runs and Rides.
v1.16
Sat, Sep 26
- Out / Back, in the Residents group: who is out right now, by house, where they went and since when.
- Out / Back: rows are flagged Past curfew, Blackout, Entered late or Code not verified.
- Out / Back: staff can add a missed entry, correct one or excuse a night, each with a reason.
- Out / Back: print a curfew report for a house.
- Houses & beds has an Out / Back card for curfews, blackout, allowed places and the time zone.
- Once a curfew is set, a weekly requirement, Curfew kept, is added. An unexcused curfew break misses it.
- Resident portal: a new House tab has Going out and Back home.
- House tablets: an admin pairs a tablet to a house.
- On the tablet, residents tap their name and enter the last four digits of their Social Security number.
- Tablet entries wait on the tablet while it is offline.
- Customize rules has an Out / Back code for each resident. The roster shows when a code is missing.
- The guide covers Out / Back, curfew settings, house tablets and codes.
v1.15
Fri, Sep 25
- The guide now covers Houses & beds, Rent and house supplies.
- The guide also answers how to delete a resident and where these release notes are.
- The guide shows only answers about screens you can open.
- Resident portal: a new Help tab has short answers about Meetings, Schedule, Rent and the account.
v1.14
Fri, Sep 25
- The guide now answers where to issue supplies to a resident and see what they hold.
v1.13
Fri, Sep 25
- Supplies: replacing or resolving an item takes at most 999 at a time. Before, a bigger number could not be saved.
v1.12
Fri, Sep 25
- Houses & beds: supplies a deleted resident never returned can now be marked returned or missing.
- Before, they stayed on the replace list for good.
v1.11
Fri, Sep 25
- Supplies: signing out with the return checklist open no longer opens the issue prompt over the sign-in screen.
- Houses & beds: a restock can no longer be entered twice while it saves.
- The return checklist now says anything left at 0 stays owed.
v1.10
Thu, Sep 24
- Supplies: each resident’s row has a Supplies button showing what they hold, their house’s stock and their history.
- Supplies: staff issue or replace items there, and the resident signs on the screen.
- A resident with nothing issued shows “Supplies not issued” on the roster and the dashboard.
- After an admission, a prompt offers the house’s default kit. “Finish later” leaves the badge in place.
- After a discharge or move, a checklist marks what came back, went missing or came back damaged.
- Anything not marked on the checklist stays owed.
- Houses & beds, for admins: each house has a Supplies section with stock, restocking, counts and a replace list.
- The resident summary lists supplies still held. A house restock sheet prints with no resident named.
- Supplies need a connection. Offline, nothing can be recorded, but what the device has is still shown.
v1.09
Thu, Sep 24
- Rent, for admins: every resident with rent, with whoever is behind listed first.
- Rent: each resident’s ledger shows every charge and payment with a running balance.
- Rent: from the ledger, an admin records payments, credits and charges, and confirms payments residents report.
- Rent history can be imported from a spreadsheet. Note templates can come from a Word file or PDF.
- Promissory notes: draft one from a template, preview what the resident will see, and send it.
- The resident signs the note in the portal.
- Statements, receipts and signed notes print for the resident, or for someone else under a consent.
- Resident portal: a new Rent tab shows the balance, what is due, past payments and receipts.
- Residents can report a payment they made and sign a promissory note.
v1.08
Tue, Sep 22
- Houses & beds: an admin sets up each house, its rooms and the beds in each room.
- Houses & beds: a house, room or bed with someone in it cannot be closed.
- Each resident is placed in a bed, or marked as not needing one. Two residents can never share a bed.
- The roster and dashboard show each resident’s bed beside their name.
- Once everyone is placed, an admin can switch admission over to beds.
- After the switch, admitting someone puts them in an open bed, and a discharge frees it.
v1.07
Tue, Sep 22
- Deleting a resident now also removes their meeting records, including from backups.
- Before, such a backup could not be restored at all.
v1.06
Tue, Sep 22
- Resident portal: the Wrong app screen now has a Sign out button.
- It also says residents sign in with the login from their own portal invite.
- Work schedule: the month arrows keep focus, so Enter moves another month instead of closing the window.
v1.05
Tue, Sep 22
- Resident portal: if a session ends while the notice is open, Accept now takes the resident back to sign in.
- Before, Accept showed an error and never worked.
v1.04
Mon, Sep 21
- Resident portal: a new Schedule tab where residents enter their jobs, weekly hours, and days that differ.
- Residents can change or remove schedule entries, past days included.
- Work schedule on a resident’s row shows their jobs, a month of shifts, and late changes. Staff can’t edit it.
- Work today lists who is scheduled now, who works today, and who booked the day off.
- Work today shows what residents entered. It does not confirm anyone is at work.
- The weekly record now shows the resident’s own hours under each day. Your entry is not changed.
- Signing out now closes any open window, so a resident’s record is never left on screen.
v1.03
Fri, Sep 18
- A backup that fails to restore no longer loses the edit you made just before.
- Restore failed now says plainly that nothing was changed.
- If you change something during a restore, the restored records win.
- Edits made offline now keep the time you made them, so an old edit cannot overwrite a newer one.
v1.02
Thu, Sep 17
- When something fails, you get an error ID. Settings keeps recent IDs with a button to copy them.
- Saving is steadier. An edit made while the app is busy is kept, not lost.
- Discharging a resident now asks for the date and a reason.
- The menu is grouped into Residents, Facility and Admin. The sidebar shows who is signed in and Log out.
- Light or dark theme is now chosen per device. It no longer changes other people’s screens.
- Resident portal: now has tabs, starting with Meetings. Residents must accept the facility’s notice first.
- Admins write and publish that notice from the Admin dashboard.
- A consent now records what information it covers. Printing a report asks which consent to use.
- Anything a consent does not cover prints as an “omitted” line.
- A resident’s row can print the list of records shared about them, for discharged residents too.
- Security improvements, and old sign-in sessions are now cleared out on a schedule.

- Client roster: Add New Client now sits above the roster and opens a wider form.

- Send feedback has moved into the main menu.

- First release: client roster, requirements, dashboard, medication calendar, history and printable reports.
- Client portal for residents: log meetings with verified attendance, and a personal calendar.
- Works offline, works across several desktops, and keeps a compliance record of changes.
